Sometimes breakups make you doubt your self-worth, especially if you were the one that was broken up with. I would know - I’ve been there.
I’ve learned over the past few years that your relationship doesn’t define who you are. If it does, you probably shouldn’t be in that relationship in the first place (and you’d be *better off* alone lol). You have individual characteristics that make you special in every way.
Be happy and proud of who you are, regardless of whether or not you’re together with someone. You are the only version of you out there, and that fact in itself is worth gold.
